LEXINGTON – Golf fans in the Bluegrass will have an upgraded ticket option starting on Monday when tickets for the Man O’ War Paddock go on public sale at 8 a.m. ET on Ticketmaster.com. The Paddock ticket, priced at $400 for access on all four tournament days, offers ticketholders an air-conditioned venue with first-come seating and food and drinks available for purchase from an upgraded menu.
“We expect the Man O’ War Paddock to be hot ticket for fans that want to have a first-class experience but may not necessarily have access to one of our corporate suites,” said Brooks Downing, President and Founder of bd Global and the tournament’s Executive Director. “Paddock ticket buyers will have access to an air-conditioned tent with Wi-Fi, televisions and a specialized menu not available on the general tournament grounds.”
Tournament parking passes will also be made available to the public starting on Monday. Fans will be able to park at Keeneland for $10 daily and shuttles will run continuously throughout the day to the course. There will be no public parking available at the golf course or the surrounding area and fans are encouraged to purchase parking passes in advance of the event. Parking passes will be available at www.barbasolchampionshipky.com.
The Barbasol Championship, held on July 16-22, 2018, is Kentucky’s first PGA TOUR event since the 1959 Kentucky Derby Open and will carry a purse of $3.5 million and award 300 FedExCup points to the champion.
